Each film submitted into the Lake Country Film Festival gets a chance to win an LC Award! The month of February is “Submission Month.”The window to submit is February 1st - 29th, 2020. Start making your films NOW!

For each category of films the audience will vote for their favorite film in each category. At the end all the votes are tallied up for audience choice and overall Lake Country Film Festival winner “BEST IN SHOW!” 2016’s winner was The Drummer by: Charles Liu




Sponsored by Brad Bella and Imagine A Day Foundation the LC Awards are given to students who excel in each area of production. The live audience votes, also account for winners in each category. Viewers' Choice- Best Overall Film along with a $500.00 scholarship are also voted upon by the audience each year.

The LC Award is the premier award given to winners in each of the eight film categories, the overall viewer’s choice winner of the LC Film Festival, and individuals who demonstrate excellence in production of the films. These awards are made possible by the Imagine a Day Foundation.
